Although we make every effort to keep images up to date. Sometimes models change or are updated. In such cases the newest model will be supplied. Parts and accessories are generally a close generic image of one or a group of the part.
The “My Account” section has all information regarding your purchases. You must be logged in with the same account you used to make the purchase. We are unable to give sensitive information unless you are the purchaser of the item unless the purchase was made by a company and in that case information will only be provided if the purchaser and requester of information share the same email domain.
Returns must have an “RMA” return merchandise authorization form. This form can be requested via email or using the contact form to the right. Please view the shipping and returns page for more specifics.
If an item is marked out of stock we may or may not be continuing to supply that item. In those cases it may be best to send an email as a new model or replacement item may be available.
We are a US based business and for the most part we ship within the United States. Some exceptions may be made depending on volume but we are generally going to request that you ship to a freight forwarder if you are requesting an international purchase.
